Nick Sieveking, MD

Founder and Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Nick Sieveking is a board certified plastic surgeon who has been in private practice in Nashville, TN since 2000. After completing general surgery and plastic surgery training at Stanford University and continuing fellowship training in Sao Paulo and Rio de Janero, Brazil, Dr. Sieveking returned home to Nashville to partner with Thomas Orcutt, MD to build a “Nashville’s Best” comprehensive plastic and reconstructive surgical practice. Dr. Sieveking’s services include: cosmetic surgery, burn surgery, hand surgery, microsurgery and cancer reconstruction. In 2008, he started Plastic Surgery On Call, serving a hospital network of over 25 hospitals, providing wound care consultation and plastic surgery services for these acute care facilities in middle Tennessee, Alabama and Kentucky. Dr. Sieveking has operated and lectured around the world. He has authored a chapter on Rhinoplasty in one of the major training textbooks for plastic surgery residents. In 2012, 2013, 2015, and 2016, he was voted “Top Plastic Surgeon in Nashville” in two Readers Polls by the citizens of Nashville, Tennessee. He founded MyWoundDoctor® in 2015.

Dan Heneghan

Chief Executive Officer

With more than 28 years of executive marketing and sales leadership within start-up healthcare information companies, Dan is responsible for the overall market positioning, sales planning, account management, and P&L for MyWoundDoctor. Most recently, Dan provided strategic and tactical marketing and sales direction toward the development of member engagement and pharmacy applications developer RxEOB (Richmond, VA), and prior to that Resolution Health Inc. (RHI), a nationally recognized patient-focused healthcare communications and analytics company. RHI grew from a venture-backed (Trident Capital), start-up to more than $14M in annual revenue during the 4-year period under Dan’s marketing and sales leadership. RHI was subsequently acquired by Anthem, Inc. in April 2008. Prior to building RHI, Dan provided sales and marketing leadership in the start-up of Solucient (formerly HCIA), which was then purchased by Thomson Reuters. Dan is a graduate of the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill.

Loretta Sullivan

Manager of Clinical Services for Online Wound Care Group, LLC, a provider services organization contracted with MyWoundDoctor, LLC.

Loretta Sullivan is a Certified Wound, Ostomy Nurse with over 30 years of experience. She currently serves as Manager of Clinical Services for MyWoundDoctor. Loretta has served as a wound care nurse at leading several hospitals in Nashville. From 2007-2009 and 2012-2014, Loretta served as the President of the Nashville chapter of the Wound Ostomy and Continence Nurses SocietyⓇ. Loretta also spent four years working as a home health staff nurse for Sunbelt Home Health. She received her bachelor’s degree in nursing from St. Francis University and her certification in Wound, Ostomy from Emory University.

Katie Burkitt

Director, Operations

Katie is responsible for day to day operations of MyWoundDoctor and supports it provider services team at Online Wound Care Group. She has over 20 years experience in leading start-up company teams, focusing on operations, project management, and client implementations. Katie recently served as Director, Client implementation and Support at xG Health Solutions, which specialized in care management and redesign, with an emphasis on bundled payments. Prior to her role at xG Health Solutions, Katie was Director, Client Management at Resolution Health (RHI), which was acquired by Anthem in 2008, and before RHI, she was Director, Operations at Solucient (formerly HCIA). Katie has a Master of Science from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Management and Finance from Simmons College.

Jack D. Lowery, Jr

Corporate Board Member

Jack “J.D.” Lowery joined the corporate board of MyWoundDoctor, LLC in 2019. A current investor in MyWoundDoctor as well as an investor/owner of home care services company America National Home Care, Mr. Lowery currently serves as CEO of LoJac Holdings, a diversified company that specializes in providing high quality materials and services to contractors, architects and homeowners throughout the Southeast. Mr. Lowery’s executive responsibilities include serving as corporate legal counsel as well as overseeing merger and acquisitions, divestitures, and management of the LoJac corporate structure.

Mark S. Rangell


Mark Rangell is currently Managing Partner of Execullence, LLC, a growth strategy and execution firm, where he leads a team of managing partners and executive consultants who have decades of C-suite operating experience, spanning venture backed startups, growth equity, turnarounds, IPOs, and large multinationals. Prior to founding Execullence, Mr. Rangell was President and Chief Operating Officer of Applied Pathways, LLC, a healthcare enterprise knowledge management and software application company, where he provided executive direction prior to the company’s acquisition by AIM Specialty Health, a leading specialty benefits management company and wholly-owned subsidiary of Anthem, Inc. (ANTM). Mark supports MyWoundDoctor with strategic growth consulting and business development insights to help the company reach its growth, profitability and valuation objectives.

George D. Pillari


For over 25 years and across more than 50 companies, Mr. Pillari has worked as an adviser, Chief Restructuring Officer, and Chief Executive Officer of hospital systems, clinics, laboratories, and other healthcare organizations. Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Pillari was the CEO of CBCA Inc., a health benefits outsourcing company that managed more than $1 billion of medical costs annually on behalf of corporate customers. Prior to CBCA, Mr. Pillari was co-founder and CEO of Solucient, a leading provider of healthcare information and decision support to hospitals, health plans, and pharmaceutical companies. Mr. Pillari led Solucient from its start-up phase through to its Initial Public Offering (IPO), and managed it as a public company for four years before its sale. It is now owned by The Thomson Corporation. Mr. Pillari earned a bachelor’s degree from The Johns Hopkins University, where he also worked at The Johns Hopkins Center for Healthcare Finance and Management. He has authored numerous articles and studies, and has served as a speaker and commenter across the healthcare industry. Mr. Pillari has been named an Ernst & Young Healthcare Entrepreneur of the Year.

Joseph M. Migliara


Mr. Joseph M. Migliara is a senior level Biomedical executive and proven builder of successful fast growth businesses. He is an experienced CEO and Group President of a multinational operating division. Mr. Migliara developed and implemented strategies to finance, staff, and commercialize products and services for both private and public enterprises. He is deeply experienced in M&A transactions. He co-founded and sold two companies. He also participated at board and senior management level in sale of two public companies with a total value of $2.0 billion and spearheaded acquisition of domestic and foreign companies.
